What we collect
We collect only what you give us: the name, email address, phone number and message you enter into a form on this site, and — if you donate — the details needed to issue a receipt and meet our statutory obligations. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to process and receipt a donation, to send you updates you have asked for, and to meet legal and audit requirements. Nothing else.
What we will never do
- Sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone
- Share donor lists with other organisations
- Publish your name as a donor without asking you first
- Send you marketing you did not ask for
Children
Photographs and information about children in our programmes are handled under our child protection policy. No child is identified by full name and location, and no photograph is published without informed consent from a parent or guardian. Any such consent may be withdrawn at any time and we will remove the material.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for two years. Donation records are kept for as long as Indian tax and audit law requires. Mailing-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Write to info@kabirfoundationindia.org at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will act on the request within thirty days.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If we later add analytics, we will say so on this page first and use a privacy-respecting service.
